How do I register for a race?
Open the race from the calendar, choose your distance, fill the entry form and pay online. Your invoice appears immediately after a successful payment and is also your proof of registration.
Which payment methods work?
Visa and Mastercard, plus bKash, Nagad, Rocket and internet banking through our payment gateway. Payment happens on the gateway's own secure page — we never see your card number or wallet PIN.
My money was deducted but I did not get an invoice.
Wait a few minutes and reload the page first, because gateway confirmations can lag. If the registration still shows as unpaid, email us the transaction reference and the phone number you registered with and we will reconcile it against the gateway.
Can I change my distance after registering?
Contact us before the race kit is printed. Moving to a longer distance means paying the difference; moving to a shorter one does not create a refund.
Can someone else run with my BIB?
No. Entries are personal and untransferred BIBs are disqualified, because the timing, insurance and medical records all sit against the registered runner.
Race day
When and where do I collect my race kit?
Each race publishes its own kit collection venue, date and time — check the race page. Bring a photo ID and your invoice. Kits are not normally handed out at the start line on race morning.
What is in the race kit?
Your BIB with timing chip, the event tee, and any sponsor items for that edition. The finisher medal is given at the finish line, not in the kit.
Is there a cut-off time?
Yes, and it is published per distance on the race page. Marshals may withdraw participants who miss a cut-off, for their own safety and to reopen roads on schedule.
What support is on the course?
Hydration points at fixed intervals, marshals and traffic control at every turn, and medical teams with an ambulance on standby.
Results and policies
When are results published?
Chip results normally go up within 48 hours of the finish. If a timing error is found we correct it publicly rather than quietly.
Can I get a refund?
Entry fees are non-refundable, because kit, timing and permits are committed as soon as your entry is confirmed. Duplicate charges and payments for registrations that were never confirmed are always refunded in full — see the refund policy.
What happens if the race is cancelled?
A postponed race carries your entry over to the new date automatically. A race cancelled outright and not rescheduled gives you the choice of the next edition or a refund of the entry fee.
