Refund policy
Race entries are treated as a commitment to a fixed-capacity event. Please read this before you pay.
01 Entries are non-refundable
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to a future edition, because kit, timing, medals and permits are committed against your entry as soon as it is confirmed.
This applies equally to participants who are unable to attend, who withdraw during the race, or who miss a cut-off.
02 Duplicate and failed payments
If you were charged twice for the same registration, or money left your account for a registration that was never confirmed, the extra amount is refunded in full.
Email ultracamprunners@gmail.com with the invoice number and the transaction reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and normally settle within 7 to 10 working days.
03 If the organiser cancels
If an event is cancelled outright and is not rescheduled, participants are offered either a transfer to the next edition or a refund of the entry fee, less any payment gateway charge that cannot be recovered.
If an event is postponed, entries are carried over to the new date automatically.
