A registration is confirmed only after payment has been received and an invoice has been issued. An unpaid registration holds no place in the race.

Every participant must be physically fit to take part. By registering you confirm that you have no medical condition that makes participation unsafe, and that you take part at your own risk.

Participants under 18 must register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Entries are personal. Transferring a BIB to another person without written approval from the organiser disqualifies both parties and voids any timing result.

Where a transfer is approved, the new participant must complete their own registration details before race day.

The BIB, timing chip and race kit must be collected in person at the stated venue and time, with a valid photo ID and the registration invoice.

Kits not collected within the published collection window may not be available on race day.

Each distance has a published cut-off. Participants who miss a cut-off may be withdrawn from the course by marshals for their own safety.

Course-cutting, receiving unauthorised assistance, or abusive behaviour towards volunteers, marshals or other participants results in immediate disqualification.

The organiser may change the route, start time, distance or date where weather, permits, public safety or circumstances beyond its control require it.

If an event is cancelled outright, participants will be notified through the contact details given at registration.

Photographs and video recorded at the event may be used by the organiser for reporting and promotion.
