What we collect when you register for a race, why we hold it, and what we never do with it.
01 What we collect
Registration details you enter yourself: name, phone number, email address, and whatever else the race organiser asks for on the entry form — for example T-shirt size, blood group, or an emergency contact.
Payment records: the invoice number, amount, transaction reference and status returned by the payment gateway.
We never see or store your full card number, PIN or mobile wallet password. Those stay with the payment gateway.
02 Why we hold it
To confirm your entry, issue your invoice and BIB, prepare start lists, publish results, and contact you about the race you entered.
To meet the record-keeping obligations that come with taking payment.
03 Who can see it
The organiser of the race you entered, and the staff they authorise. Organisers can only see their own event data.
Our payment gateway, for the purpose of processing your payment.
We do not sell registration data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
04 Your choices
You can ask us to correct your registration details at any time before race day.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or for it to be deleted once it is no longer needed for results and accounting.
